I have been primarily associated with real estate and construction litigation since the beginning of my real estate career since 1987. Since 1996, I have been associated with the Basic Capital Management/Prime Income group of complies and became Litigation Manager in 2000 and was named Assistant General Counsel in 2005. My primary job duties include the selection, supervision, budgeting for and coordination with outside litigation counsel. In late 2010, I left Prime (which later changed its name to Pillar Income Asset Management) to join Fee, Smith, Sharp & Vitullo. In late 2011, I joined Bennett, Weston, Turner & LaJone. I know have a broader range of both litigation and transactional practice.Specialties: Real estate and construction litigation; also general business litigation and business oriented transactional work.
