Attended training sessions and classes for continuous improvement in sales, management, organization, computers and improved company processes. Training has included: Sales Improvement by Michael Moore, Jeff Shore, Susan Highland, John Musser, and 7 Habits by Stephen Covey as well as leaders of company departments educating sales staff on all aspects of the home building business. In a psychological personality test administered (to an entire sales staff) by John Musser through Standard Pacific Homes, I was found to have the ability to relate and communicate well with every personality type.
