Property manager for three apartment complexes: Regal Crest Village, Hidden Lake Preserve, and Regal Crest West.

Since 2009 I've been working on property management for Regal Management. I started off with the most basic jobs in property management (trimming bushes and cutting grass), but I have worked my way up to knowing how to properly maintain buildings. During the spring/summer I work on the exterior of the buildings and landscaping for the property. From roof repairs to planting bushes and trees I've had a wide variety of exterior property maintenance. During the winter months I've also learned how to renovate apartments. Not only do I work on the demolition, I also have experience in rough and finish carpentry. I now have worked my way up to being a team leader/supervisor in a group of landscapers during the summer. I oversee their work to make sure it is up to the companies standards.
