Eric is a highly experienced Corporate Finance and Tax advisor that predominantly advises Australian privately held businesses.Eric specialises in getting businesses “deal ready” through the improvement of governance processes (e.g. accounting and tax), refinement of strategy and subsequent end-to-end management of M&A processes which can involve the preparation of vendor due diligence reports, financial models, investor information materials, transaction negotiation and post-transactional support. Currently, Eric sits on the Boards of various businesses with the principal objective of ensuring that the strategic decisions made by businesses align with the transactional objectives and horizons of the founders / shareholders.
