Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for leading and managing the township; which has over 80 full-time employees and 65 part-time employees; providing operational and safety services for more than 40,000 residents. A member of the Warren County 911 Planning Committee, the Warren County Emergency Management Executive Committee, and the Warren County Transportation Improvement District.

Department Head, responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and managing all activities within Public Works Department. Duties included executive level project management, overall departmental management, and coordination with outside agencies on all consulting, maintenance, and improvement contracts. This includes engineering, architectural, planning, and construction tasks. Departmental responsibilities included street maintenance, storm water management, planning, fleet maintenance, facility maintenance, capital improvements, facility construction, and all other infrastructure related repairs and improvements.

Administrator for the three member Deerfield Regional Storm Water District Board. I administered the implementation and reporting of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency's Phase II National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit and worked closely with residents to handle storm water related concerns. We successfully managed storm water and infrastructure projects to improve water quality and water quanity throughout the District's jurisdiction.

Responsible for the implementation and management of infrastructure projects throughout Deerfield Township. I successfully worked to balance and maintain the capital improvement and operating budget for the public works department; while maintaining and overseeing the entire bidding and contract process on all township projects. Likewise, we worked to continually seek outside funding for future and current projects. Management of the Township Road Department which consists of 7 full time service professionals. This department is directly responsible for all the maintenance and snow removal operations on 107 miles of roadway. We worked closely with the residents of the community on a daily basis, ensuring that projects are meeting their needs as well as handling and addressing questions and concerns related to township development.

Responsibilities include making a thorough review and professional recommendations on zone change requests, site development plans, and text amendments to the Hamilton Township Zoning Code.

The mental health and recovery services system supports communities in Warren and Clinton Counties to respond to behavioral health issues through prevention, intervention, treatment, rehabilitation and asset building services. MHRS has an annual budget of approximately $11 Million dollars; committed to providing superior services throughout the two counties.

Successfully managed the complete site development of numerous construction projects in Southwest Ohio; which consisted of preparing construction contract documents and schedules. Also responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects for a wide range of development and public infrastructure improvement projects. Duties included organizing and scheduling all site earthwork, storm sewer installation, sanitary sewer installation, water main installation, utility installation, roadway development, and erosion control prevention installation. Acted as the direct liaison between the Charles H. Hamilton Company and various local public authorities.
