Responsible for the daily maintenance and operations of various CNC and manual machines (some include toshiba 110r16 horizontal boring mill, Makino a81, makino a71, Hass st20y, puma 2500st, manual lathe, manual mill, automatic horizontal bandsaw, slotter, band saw, drill press, press) responsible for checking tools and cutters frequently to insure top quality and performance, loading machine with raw materials to be machined, deburring of finished parts, checking parts to make sure they are within tolerance with a variety of hand tools ( depth micrometer, inside micrometer, vernier calipers, various gauges)daily checking that measuring tools are measuring correctly, daily paperwork. I Was also on the assembly side of the company for 5 months before moving to the manufacturing side, duties included assembly of various parts for vacuum pumps ranging in size, assembly of the vacuum pumps, and testing of the pumps, adding logos and labels as well as check list and log books

Responsible for the following duties set out by Forman or owner, New Greenhouse structure construction, add-on to old greenhouse construction, install, remodel, repair or replacement of various greenhouse structures and systems of various size from a small one acre to large 20 plus acres, driving fellow employees,tools, and supplies to and from site in various van and trucks, operating a variety of hand tools (electric, pneumatic, and gas), as well as a variety of equipment( skyjack, cherry picker, zoom boom, skid steer, specialty building machine for greenhouse construction, forklift)
