With over 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership, I'm committed to driving positive change and delivering results.Currently, as the Director of Addiction and Substance Use Services for Trillium Place, I lead, direct, integrate and coordinate all Substance Use Disorder services. I assist in ensuring the clinical practices are consistently high in regard to levels of clinical and professional services provided and have direct responsibility for the Hospital based Substance Use Disorder programs, MAT treatment programs, and all community-based inpatient and outpatient Substance Use Disorder programs.As the CEO of EZ Healthcare Innovations, LLC, I specialized in healthcare consulting, focusing on clinical services, financial management, and behavioral health, including addiction medicine, mental health, autism services, and telehealth solutions.In my role at VirtuSense Technologies, I formed invaluable partnerships with various organizations, including federal agencies, healthcare associations, and government bodies. A noteworthy achievement was leading our compliance efforts, securing SOC I and SOC II compliance in 2022 and 2023.
