I have been a farmer at heart since 2000 after graduating from Purdue University. In the years since then, I have focused on putting the customer first and helping farmers succeed. I have been involved in many aspects of agriculture sales which include chemicals, fertilizer, seed and precision ag. For the last 12 years I have focused on providing the best customer service for seed dealers in the Midwest. I have been responsible for being on the front line promoting customer service and long term planning at a regional warehouse and distribution location in Ohio. My skill set has increased immensely in Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Customer Service. I am responsible for leading my team of five people in the daily activities and strategic planning. I work closely with over 50 dealers in Ohio to provide them with account management, supply management, shipping, customer orders, and relationship building. Agriculture changes quickly each year and I have learned to be able to innovate, adapt and overcome objections and issues with a level head.
