I recently joined Premium Parking to try my hand at the operations side of the parking industry. Over the years I have had the great opportunity to work on the equipment and service end of this business and am intrigued by the operations side. I could not be more excited to work with Ben and the entire Premium team to see where this journey takes me! Throughout my career, I have swiftly and consistently risen through the ranks in the sales and operations disciplines. In 2000, I was afforded the opportunity to launch a successful parking access revenue control systems (PARCS) company. In 2022, I sold the company and was honored to be asked to stay on and guide the sales, installation, and service forces through the transition.Over the years, I have mastered the sales and operations processes, allowing me to build rapport and trust with the businesses I serve, allowing them to achieve their objectives.
