CurrentAs the Executive Director of Store Support I am responsible for developing and executing success strategies for the various departments and teams that I lead. These strategies must drive optimal results and department growth, while also developing strong leaders and teams. These departments and some of the value that they provide the organization are listed below...Operational Analytics and Reporting: Providing our organization with detailed operational performance analytics and our field leaders with actionable data to help them maximize the profitability of their business units. These teams also drive our Loss Prevention Analytics, our Project Analytics, manage our Security Teams and provide analytics support for our Internal Maintenance Division.Store Support: Responsible for implementing our organizations ‘Internal Maintenance Division’ that performs repairs and provides maintenance across our entire fleet. By year 2 our Internal Maintenance Division had allowed us to drastically reduce our total R&M spend, cut our equipment down time in half and established a training program that allowed us to backfill skilled technician roles with team members from our retail division. These teams are also responsible for ‘parts and equipment’ inventory management and distribution to support our fleets R&M needs and manage all external services.Operational Special Projects: Provide operational expertise and support on innovative projects to gain efficiencies at our retail locations. These teams implement strategic testing plans, coordinate phased rollout schedules, execute field training and own communications around new initiatives and major operational projects being introduced to our stores.Guest Relations, Field Services Support, Supply Management, Waste Management, Portfolio Management and The Equipment Team are a few of the other teams that I am accountable for and have the privilege of leading as the Executive Director of Store Support.
