Managed 6 staff members to perform annual risk assessments and audit plans to reviewing audits and findings to report to Board of Directors.

Lead the design and construction of Recreation Centers at Anthem Colorado after working as part of the development team for Anthem Colorado. As Area Manager, oversaw team to construct and close over 2,000 homes per year in the Colorado Denver Metro Area to Loveland Colorado.
