I managed the Campus Crew Program in the Central region of the U.S. by communicating with Regional Event Coordinators, inspiring Crew Leadership, developing sales strategy and driving growth initiatives. In communities across the country, Campus Crews raise awareness for childhood cancer, represent the Love Your Melon brand and personally engage with our charitable programming experiences. Over the last year, the program has grown to include over 12,500 Crew Members nationwide at 770 educational institutions. Managing these individuals and their needs is crucial to the success of the program. There are five regions, each with its own Manager.

I plan the donation events in the Midwest region of the U.S., assist the Regional Manager in nation-wide events, communicate with hospitals, Ronald McDonald Houses and families and coordinate Crew involvement in adventures and partner activities. In one year, the program has grown to include over 11,000 Crew Members nationwide at over 700 educational institutions. Managing these individuals and their needs is crucial to the success of the program. There are five regions, each with its own Regional Manager and Regional Event Coordinator. The five Regional Event Coordinators will be responsible for consistently communicating with Campus Crews in their region, inspiring impact and coaching Crew Leadership throughout their experience giving within the Love Your Melon brand.

As a Member Service Assistant, I work as both an Office Clerk and a Towel Room Assistant at the UW-Madison recreational facilities. In both roles, I sell memberships, rent lockers and equipment, and answer the company phone.

I was responsible for overseeing the access points and fitness space at the Natatorium and South East Recreational Facility. I also enforced UW Rec Sports policies and was in charge of maintaining, cleaning and checking the fitness areas while creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

Full time position doing hardscape work. This included creating intricate stone patios, fabricating retaining walls, and planting trees.
