With over 20+ years of work experience in the hospitality industry, I am passionate about operations, hospitality, training, leadership, and customer service, and I strive to deliver excellence and innovation in every aspect of my work. I am driven by the mission of creating memorable and authentic experiences for our guests, employees, and partners. In my current role I am a growth and development manager at Gjelina Group, a hospitality group in a massive growth phase. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business operations, resulting in a reduction in operational costs and more efficient workflow. I also identify new business opportunities, optimize outdated systems, and build and implement successful sales training to increase revenue. Additionally, I designed and implemented a Learning Management System to support a company of over 400 employees in various roles, many of them being deskless and ESL. I leverage my skills in training, business development, and customer service to enhance the performance and satisfaction of our staff and clients.
