As well taking impressions of patients’ teeth.•Asking about the patient’s medical history and taking, demographics.Serving as an infection control officer, developing infection control protocol and repairing and sterilizing instruments and equipment. •Helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment.•Providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures, such as the placement of a restoration. •Assist Dentist with extractions, fillings and sealants. Taking cast and impression for prosthetic and restoration. Laboratory experience.Ordered dentistry tools and equipment, office supplies and, cleaning products

• Monitor infectious diseases to ensure proper precautions are being taken by visitor dental assistant, Doctor and others who may enter the room• Investigate the cause and source of infectious diseases in affected patients and report to the CDC if necessary• Stay current on all policies and standards set by the CDC for all infectious diseases even those not usually seen in the US• Educate office manager and employees on different diseases and how to prevent control and treat them safely• Perform research regarding different infections that have recently been seen
