• Manage a $7 million global mobility (GM) organization responsible for delivering global assignment management, immigration, and relocation services for more than 1,000 employees. Key accountabilities: o Lead a team of more than 40 direct and indirect reports; o Delivering the programs and policies, including the strategy, processes, and people; o Determining appropriate balance of global, regional and local roles and responsibilities; o Manage the team and facilitate training and career development opportunities; o Deployment of a GM structure to help drive business goals and deliver optimal value; and, o Ensuring globally aligned strategies and priorities.• Manage vendors on all points of execution on relocation, international assignment, and immigration matters, ensuring timely, targeted, and cost efficient delivery of services for employees situated in 70+ countries.• Established the business case and led a project implementing a new technology platform to more effectively manage process flows and enhance reporting capabilities of the team. Project also established a new global vendor strategy, reducing from more than 80 to 1. The initiative generated savings of over $2 million per year, an improved business and assignee experience, and a 40% reduction in processing time. • Directed the transition of GM work to Cargill’s business delivery center in Sofia, Bulgaria.• In 2016, awarded “Best Redesign of Global Mobility Strategy” by the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) as well as awards in the “Best Vendor Partnership” and “Global Mobility Team of the Year (Large Program)” categories.
