Provided improvement and modernization engineering for radar systems, primarily for the MMW Radar sensor at the Reagan Test Site, Kwajalein Missile Range. Areas of responsibility included the 35GHz and 95GHz receivers, transmit upconverters, L.O. converters, digital control systems, antenna control systems, digital signal processing, and calibration algorithms.

Provided improvement and modernization engineering for radar digital systems,cross-matrixed across the ROSA radar system at Kwajalein Missile Range. Areas of responsibility included the KMAR, CDE, and ROSA radars; TRADEX, ALTAIR, ALCOR and MMW. Designed and integrated new control systems into deployed S, L, C, Ka, and W radar systems charged with space surveillance and reentry vehicle data collection.
