This is a business I have been doing part-time, some of the work includes; landscaping, lawn aeration, property clean-up, painting, and general repairs, upgrades, modernization of exterior and interior. I have developed a steady customer base which continues to grow by referrals due to timeliness, efficiency and quality of work.

My biggest responsibility is creating and maintaining relationships with commercial customers and ensuring they have a good experience from start to finish to ensure repeat business. I have had very good success in creating exceptional relationships with customers which has played a part in creating loyal, long lasting customers. I am also responsible for coordinating deliveries between customers, sales specialists and vendors. I make sure all commercial deliveries are being pulled, staged and ready to go with the correct product. I also route, plan and execute the deliveries to ensure each customer gets their materials in a safe, efficient and timely manor. Another role I have is training new drivers/equipment operators all over the metro area.
