-Played key role in design, implementation, management, and evaluation of campaigns, including engaging with elected officials, coalition-building with community, labor, and faith allies, organizing demonstrations and other creative actions, communications. Successful campaigns included defeating a corporate boondoggle sales tax initiative, securing a federal civil rights review of LA Metro, winning Bus-Only Lanes on a major transit corridor, and opposingpackage of transit fare increases.-Engaged thousands of working class, principally Black and Latino transit riders through field organizing, recruiting new members to and developing leaders from the grassroots base to help lead campaigns.-Responsible for curriculum and agenda development and facilitation in collaboration with team members for membership meetings, political education, and organizing skills trainings.-Served as researcher and lead author on multiple transit justice policy reports-Served on organization’s fundraising team, including grant proposal writing, report writing, and individual donor fundraising through direct mail, digital campaigns, and special events-Organizer in Training 2008-2010, Organizer 2010-2013, Senior Organizer 2013-15
