Litigated numerous patent disputes on behalf of both patent holders (plaintiffs) and defendants in several U.S. District Courts, USPTO-PTAB, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Six of these cases proceeded to trial and/or a final hearing.Represented juvenile clients in various immigration proceedings in collaboration with Kids In Need of Defense (KIND). My work on an asylum case for 10-year old client from El Salvador was featured in Goodwin's 2017 award of the Adams Pro Bono Publico Award from the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.Prepared successful clemency petitions for several federal inmates serving mandatory minimum sentences for drug offenses. Two of these clients had life sentences commuted by President Obama.Completed a six-month rotation as a Special Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office in Lowell, Massachusetts. Prosecuted over 200 misdemeanor and felony cases, ten of which proceeded to trial.
