Came in as a Senior UX Engineer and was quickly moved up to Associate Manager position. Spent significant time working on clients that operated in Education, Healthcare and Background check industries. With each client I was either running a small team of UX or managing the effort in a solo capacity when necessary. Also spent some time working with internal teams dreaming, designing and developing new ideas for platforms that could dramatically improve internal processes and ultimately be offered as a SaaS platform to clients that would benefit from these new tools and processes.

Integral part of projects from concept to production leveraging a firm understanding of user-centered design. Worked with key stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements and business goals. Created personas and user flows to establish a strong sense of how the business and users' needs would be met. Developed wireframes and iterated over them until it was certain to deliver quality results. Designed pixel perfect comps that would visually and functionally integrate seamlessly into Adicio’s existing platform. Developed the final HTML / CSS in a PHP environment and worked with development and QA to ensure the final product delivered on the vision of the design.

Part of a team that designed, produced and maintained the global Invitrogen website and electronic communications. Helped accelerate the look and feel while maintaining usability and marketing efficiency. Worked with multiple business segments to successfully market thousands of products on the web while maintaining the Invitrogen voice and brand.
