Hello, my name is Eric Rosso. Other than that, what can I say? I'm a fisherman. Everything I do more or less revolves around one thing....facilitating more time on the water. The things I've learned how to do in order to facilitate said fishing time, are myriad in their range, and depth. I'm primarily customer service specialist. From serving internal customers within a manufacturing environment, trouble-shooting. diagnosing, and addressing software and hardware issues, to providing excellent customer service on my Mountain Man route.....all of it was just so I could afford gear, and put time on the water...Although I am quite capable of working as a part of a team, I'm often compelled to push the efficiency or output of a system. This tendency has put me at odds with my coworkers at times, but in many cases provided enough improvement to become policy. It's also lead me to try running my own company, and am now applying what I've learned to my latest endeavor CBFBC (Catch Big Fish Bait Company). Currently I'm manufacturing, distributing, and selling premium spinnerbait skirts, and have plans of expanding my operations to manufacturing my own line of spinnerbaits in the near future.
