I am an unrestricted licensed contractor and the senior director of construction at TBL Mission Critical based out of Phoenix, AZ. I have a developed skillset in supervision, project management, and estimation. I have effective communication and networking ability with established and prospective clientele. I am responsible for leading and managing TBL's electrical and construction crews within our mission critical environment. Some of our clientele includes data centers such as Iron Mountain and Aligned as well as Volta EV Charging.Through my 30 years of experience in commercial and retail construction, I have worked with a clientele including TJX Companies, Develop Management Associates, and Verizon, among other national retail chains. I have supervised projects ranging from retail and medical center remodels, to ground up new construction. I have a strong understanding of local and national building code regulations with a priority for maintaining project safety for both construction crew and client. I am always looking to increase my network of new clients and peer relationships.
