Leads a Team of Managers, Production Supervisors and Maintenance Engineers, Technicians and Operators.-Responsible for capacity utilization, Over-all Equipment Efficiency (OEE), cost savings/reductions and quality non-deviation. -Provide regular and timely monitoring and review of the operations workload vs. manned capacity and determine areas where improvements in productivity/cost can be achieved.-Provides direction and control of all Work in Process in order to ensure that the required volume/output, delivery, cycle time are met and attains the required quality level and cost. -Responsible for the sustaining, development and implementation of maintenance programs for machines both major and auxillary equipments.-Ensures work progress by monitoring/controlling personnel activities through performance measurement, and evaluation, enforcement of discipline, personnel counseling and institutes necessary actions to maintain develop and upgrade performance.

Leads a Team of Sr. Engineers and Engineers.-Drives assembly process improvements in terms of capability, quality, reliability, productivity or cost in accordance to corporate’s goal.-Coordinates with different teams such production and planning group, maintenance engineering, quality engineering, customer service group and other support group to achieve improvement being driven. -Provides high level assistance & responsiveness to customer whether it may be inquiries or issues.-Provides assistance/guidance during evaluation and validation of new processes, materials, products and machines prior to actual production runs.-Work directly with customer as well as supplier for any quality continuous improvement.-Coach and provide guidance on Process Engineers on 8D, Why-Why, FMEA, OCAP, Control Plan, Presentation, evaluations, project management, customer and supplier communication, etc.
