Incoming inspection of parts received, per written specification through use of documentation database, using calibrated measurement tools.Research and disposition of non-conforming part through use of deductive reasoning, specification documentation, TPS (Technical Part Specification) reports, and hands on evaluation.Quality inspections of production workmanship of finished goods according to PII’s (Process Inspection Instruction) of specific operations.Quality improvement, through use of non-conforming reports, containment of non-conforming parts, disposition of parts by way of Material Review board.(rework, scrap, return to stock, return to vendor), root cause analysis, and corrective action.

Receiving materials from vendors, duties included unloading freight from transportation vessels, receiving purchase orders in inventory system, documenting material order shortages, and staging material in stocking lanes.Stocking Received materials, duties included finding and creating home locations for specific material based on size weight and classification of material, physical movement of part, and system transactions of inventory.Filling customer orders, duties included printing order form from inventory system, locating desired materials, pelletize and consolidate material for safe and cost effective shipment.Shipping of materials, duties included reviewing and checking materials according to customer order against materials pulled by order filler, preparation of pallets and large parts for shipment, and loading of truck for customer deliveries.
