• Co-managed a team of 19 employees and oversaw the VOD and OTT distribution processes end-to-end with an emphasis on customer excellence.
• Effectively communicated new processes, procedures, and specifications to external content providers.
• Oversaw new launch processes from start to finish by building content packages, menus and provider/package properties to ensure seamless distribution to MSO’s, OTT platforms and other MVPD’s.

• Versed in CableLabs 1.1 Standards (metadata, media and encoding specifications), transcoding requirements, poster art requirements, C3, down-linking, dynamic ad insertion, and single-screen/multi-screen delivery.

• Generate and review monthly VOD and online programming schedules for multiple high profile content providers such as HBO/MAX, Starz, AMC/IFC/Sundance, NFL, FOX, FX, NAT GEO, Fox Movie Channel, Ovation, and the Big10.
• Work with accounts to insure schedules and deliverables are established
• Work with High profile affliates such as Verizon, Comcast, TW, DirectTV and Dish Networks to insure schedules and meida are properly delivered.
• Work with the internal content scheduling personnel to generate, review, and order content for recurring schedules.
• Communicate and work with master duplications, production and delivery vendors to insure the timely delivery of Content Masters, Encoded Content, and Prepared content packages to multiple affiliates.
