Since i have moved to corporate operations department, i have been working on new duties and responsibilities such as:Present the outward face of One Acre Fund–Rwanda to visitors and candidates through hosting field visits, office and warehouse tours etc.  Be aware of and attentive to the needs of our visitors. Be their primary port of call.  Assist in the creation of a field visit programme to enable all visitor types easy access to the field whilst minimising the disruption to the programme itself.  Organize all visit logistics, including scheduling meetings, field visits and down time, and arranging transportation and accommodation.  Assist in the organisation and hosting of large team events and retreats.  Showcase the work of One Acre Fund in the field - host and translate first-class field visits for our visitors.  Work closely and collaborate with the External Relations Manager to ensure all visitor needs are met.  Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.  Build and maintain in-depth programme knowledge of the One Acre Fund programme in order to answer visitor questions and educate them about the programme.
