Leader of Indica Labs' first clinical digital pathology product, HALO AP. Responsible for the complete product and regulatory roadmap, 3rd party partnerships, commercialization strategy, gathering and translation of customer and internal feedback into software requirements, and training/support. Assisted with technical sales and quality/regulatory as part of ISO 13485 certification.

After Mobius Medical Systems' acquisition by Varian, I was responsible for integrating the Mobius quality assurance products into the Varian strategic vision. This included gathering new customer requirements, managing internal stakeholders, managing and preparing regulatory documents, and launching new quality assurance product releases in lockstep with other Varian products.Beyond product management, I managed the transition of Mobius Medical Systems' customer support team, processes, and user base data into Varian.

As an early employee, I held multiple roles since joining in 2012. These included:- Customer Support- Customer Training- Technical Sales of Mobius3D- Director of Customer Support / Product ManagementI also assisted with:- 510(k) submissions and clearance for Mobius3D and DoseLab.- ISO 13485 certification- FDA and ISO auditsVarian Medical Systems acquired Mobius Medical Systems in February 2018 as a part of their strategy to build a radiation therapy quality assurance business unit.

- Managed the product lifecycle for various laboratory automation products- Secured and managed OEM customers of custom laboratory robotics products- Assisted in the product road map and business plan development- Managed new product introduction for assigned product lines- Served as a technical sales point of contact for automation product lines- Assisted in development of product marketing material

- Lead mechanical designer on multiple laboratory automation (XYZ robotics) and measurement instrumentation projects. My projects were a mixture of new, clean sheet designs and continuing/maintenance changes.- Working with business development, I designed and presented new concepts to potential customers during the sales process. After securing a new OEM customer, I developed and managed mechanical specifications in concert with the OEM's engineering and product management groups.- As the primary mechanical engineer, I was responsible for BOM construction and supplier sourcing, V&V testing, and manufacturing transfer prior to release.

- Mechanical Engineer working primarily in professional lighting, film, and digital projection design.- Installed first Digital Movie Projection systems for standard and RealD roll-out to build standard processes for technician installation in later stages.- Trained general field technicians on requirements for installing NEC and Barco digital projection systems.
