• Oversee all manufacturing operational functions:• Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources, Environmental• P&L Responsibility, Pro Forma Budgeting, Product Costing

• Implement formal computerized maintenance system (CMMS)• Lead safe and effective maintenance programs (PM, PdM, CbM, etc..)• Lead technical training programs (Electrical, Mechanical, Control Systems, and Motor/Motor Controls)• Lead specification and installation of replacement equipment and new equipment for process, plant utilities, and environmental controls• Lead design and installation of pump systems, piping configurations, fan systems, blowers, pneumatic transportation systems

• Project development to include:• Design and troubleshooting of pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems• Specify components, oversee installation and provide programming for Allen Bradley and Honeywell automated control systems (PLC, VFD, Control Loops, BUS Networks)• Develop all AutoCAD process and equipment layouts• Develop all working prints for fabrication
