Worked as a Welding/Utility inspector on the Wheeling loop project, which consisted of all transmission gathering lines in the Wheeling area.

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION (OWNER)

Interfaced with federal government, military, and contractor personnel for test planning and execution; coordinated with on-site Test Director and DRPM AAA Director of Test & Evaluation on all water safety issues.. Assisted in training new Diving Supervisors and Water Safety Officers. Coordinated training for water test personnel to ensure test preparation and safety.. Served as water safety operations lead for accident response and execution of the approved Emergency Assistance Plan.. Contributed to all phases of development and testing for the Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle (EFV): - Managed logistics of the EFV Dive Team personnel and equipment in accordance with program-level and test site schedules. - Performed on-site testing analysis during EFV water testing and recommended corrective action. - Provided technical leadership and expert guidance for EFV development and operational testing. - Delivered reports, oral presentations, and training for the EFV Test Program. - Oversaw all Diving operations for EFV Test Program.

Supervised all diving operations in accordance with OSHA regulations for commercial Diving. Managed 3-6 man dive team operations, including ships husbandry, salvage, pier piling repairs, and under water inspections using still camera and video, ROV pilot.
