-Facilitated 40 planning meetings with internal business units to develop, exercise, and maintain BIAsand BCPs related to loss of personnel, facilities, vendors, and technology.-Created and led 30 Tabletop Exercises (TTXs) and prepared associated After Action Reports (AARs) toidentify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.-Analyzed potential impacts to critical functions and implemented acceptable recovery time objectives(RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs) for aforementioned plans.-Significantly bolstered functions by identifying gaps, areas of improvement, and mitigation measuresdue to changing business and/or compliance needs.-Contributed to the establishment of Global Business Resilience program processes and procedures toensure compliance with industry standards (i.e., ISO 22301).-Summarized and tracked project goals, including planning and analysis objectives.

-Successfully completed over 100 Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and Business Recovery Plans (BRPs), via Fusion, including initiation, tracking, and audit of plan review and approval process . This determined which business processes were in scope for the semi-annual Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises.-Continually analyzed real-time information, via NC4, regarding potential impacts to CME Group facilities, personnel, and infrastructure globally. Logged and monitored these incidents to determine what type of action was taken.-Conducted and analyzed the results of the quarterly xMattters tests (CME Group’s Emergency Notification System) to identify potential gaps and increase the overall participation rate globally.-Drafted the Business Resilience Coordinator (BRC) quarterly newsletter which showcased the latest developments and achievements within the Operational Resilience unit. This allowed for situational awareness within each business unit companywide.-Via the In Case of Crisis application, continuously audited incident response documentation for accuracy and completeness.-Ensured that Business Resilience data and processes were aligned and integrated with other facets of the BCM department, including Disaster Recovery, Vendor Risk Management, and Crisis Analysis and Response and Compliance which allowed for enhanced coordination within the division. -Made certain that over 4,000 employees, consultants, and interns completed the necessary BCM training, according to CME Group policy. Employees, consultants, and interns must complete this training annually.

-Leveraged partnerships with Walt Disney Company, Major League Baseball, Target, Home Depot, Mastercard, and Duracell to bolster preparedness among both employees and the general public.-Created, executed, and evaluated 15 tabletop, functional, and full-scale exercises.-Analyzed and reported on Individual and Community Preparedness Directorate national policies. -Liaised between FEMA Headquarters and Citizen Corps program Directors to capture the total number of volunteer hours donated by CERT and Medical Reserve Corps teams.-Social media: Streamlined integration efforts with the External Affairs Division, resulting in increased visibility for FEMA preparedness programming. -Created and facilitated monthly webinar series featuring Subject Matter Experts in Cyber Security, Pet, Active Shooter, Home Fire, and Weather Preparedness, thereby reaching 1,000 constituents.-Authored 10 articles for the Region II monthly newsletter, covering topics including how FEMA partners with state and local entities to bolster resiliency, why it is critical to have flood insurance, and how constituents may volunteer in their communities by joining Citizen Corps Councils. -Helped establish the first ever Emergency Management-themed High School in the United States. This also included curriculum development.-Planned and executed 3 annual Individual and Community Preparedness conferences.

-Recruited and integrated 14 faith-based organizations into the Chapter’s Emergency Operations Plans, thereby increasing emergency sheltering capacity by 30%. -Developed and executed 6 field training exercises that demonstrated the effectiveness of mass care capabilities; noted best practices, lessons learned, and improvement areas.-Identified and field-tested 8 off-site feeding locations for use during large scale disasters.

-Planned, executed, and evaluated 4 full-scale, functional, and tabletop exercises in accordance with HSEEP standards. -Worked with the Army Corps of Engineers to assess the power requirements of 5 area facilities.-Spearheaded an Environmental Hazards Analysis of the entire OEM facility. Compiled a database of required Material Safety Data Sheets.

-Conducted Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments throughout the Northeastern United States.-Reviewed Emergency Operations Plans to ensure compliance with regulations and operational effectiveness.

-Monitored, assessed, reported, and resolved workplace health and safety issues. -Conducted ambient noise studies, mold sampling, and water sampling for NYC-based public sector agencies.
