From day one, I jumped in at game speed: from formalizing design review processes, and wear-testing program criteria. Along with my team, I managed the full development cycle for future and current footwear, from concept sketches, CMF design + sourcing from domestic and overseas factories, CAD modeling and 3D printing custom hardware, sublimation printing, packaging design, tech pack development, to implementing in-house manufacturing and everything in-between.
