- Review and prepare income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts and non-for-profit- Review client financials and make necessary adjustments the financial statements to the tax basis- Provide tax planning services to make tax projection and allocate profits between salary and pension contributions for maximizing end of year tax savings. - Conduct various tax research relating to federal, state and local provisions/laws/regulations.- Represent taxpayer for tax compliance audits and audit reconsiderations after collecting, compiling, and reviewing the necessary client documentation.- Prepare and submit Federal and State Offer in Compromise and successfully negotiate to reduce client tax liability by analyzing the client’s past, present and future financial condition.- File a petition to tax court to settle a notice of deficiency in favor of the client. - Provide tax resolution service including setting up installment agreements, stop garnishments and bank levies, and put into non-collectible status

- Provide payroll, property tax, and sales/use tax services- Perform quarterly and annual bookkeeping services- Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns- Provide tax planning for small business owners
