Matrimonial law is one of the most nuanced and complex areas of law. I enjoy the challenge of counseling individuals going through an extremely difficult time in their lives, but also the thrill of the courtroom confrontation. I bring a strategic and pragmatic, but also a deeply human, approach to my practice. More than anything else, I strive to understand and hear my clients on a very personal level.I have extensive experience representing clients in complex matrimonial and family law matters, including handling issues pertaining to the division of complex assets; highly intricate custody matters; spousal and child support issues; and the preparation and negotiation of pre- and post-nuptial agreements. I am a skilled negotiator, writer, and courtroom litigator, with significant trial experience.I am an active member of the New York City Bar Association’s Matrimonial Law Committee, and serve as co-chair of the Legislative Affairs subcommittee. I am also a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Family Law Section.
