I have been promoted to Service Business Development Specialist in January 2016, where I developped more skills in technical contracts writing (technical and commercial). As today I'm selling contracts all around the world in collaboration with our local representatives.

I have been promoted Systems Support Supervisor in March 2006, where I added some leadership trainings and supervisor skills. I had to supervise a team between 2 and 5 people, including travel synchronisation with customers, and also improved global service teams in different markets.

I started as Service Support Technician with R/D Tech in November 19, 2001, where I repaired R/D Tech equipment and I learned a lot on the after sale service. In January 2002 I become Service Support Specialist mainly for the industrial division, where I developped a solid support skills for technical problem resolutions, and also became a part specialists for Industrial Systems. R/D Tech has been bought by Olympus Corporation, Japan July 2005.

As technologist, I worked in the Fiber Bragg Gradings department. Main jobs were to perform optical alignment for laser beam, engrave the Bragg grading in the optical fiber core based on the expected pattern, and perform packagings, and shippings. I also did maintenance in the laboratory restock consummable products, remove all out-of-date material, check water and air supply, and also validate laser behaviour (since it was not stable). Sometimes I did special projects such as prepare optical fiber end in order to apply coatings in a white chamber and engrave custom pattern in R&D optical fiber
