WMS - PkMS, pick/pack and ship experience.• Receiving – schedule all inbound containers; oversee all receiving functions including labor scheduling and store returns. Worked together with inventory and shipping departments to help increase picking productivity by completing an inventory stratification process (A, B, C inventory analysis). Faster moving products were moved up front and next to the conveyor line allowing pickers shorter traveling times to pick high volume items and easy access to the conveyor which increased their proficiency. • Trained in 5 S, LEAN, Kaizen culture.
