• Daily sourcing of new candidates via Indeed for 3 different manufacturing plants in Nashville, Springfield and Frankfort KY and conducted pre-screen calls 50 outbound calls daily. Maintained Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in UKG. • Managed interview process through ATS from start to finish. Set up interviews and facilitated on-site interviews, guided every candidate on a tour of the plant and forklift test.
