Most people won’t read my entire summary.(Until you read that, of course?) But I totally get it. To rip off the band-aid, here’s the five most important things I’d like you to know:1. I’m as curious as they come, a designer at heart and a problem-solver in practice. Everything about the way we live our lives has been deliberately designed that way, for better or worse. I’d like to believe we can always do it for better – for us, and for our planet.2. Driven by this singular purpose, I lucked out getting paid to do just that.As a Creative Partner at Hubbub, a creative environmental charity, I lead the design of insightful campaigns to disrupt the norm, break down complex topics, and make choices that are good for the environment, easier for everyone.3. Some of my career highlights have been creating and collaborating on award-winning projects like FriGo and PLOC; being featured on Dezeen, Design Week, Reuters; and as a result, being invited to CERN in Geneva, Switzerland. But some of my proudest moments have been co-designing with people with visual impairment, spending time with people experiencing homelessness and working closely with staff from MSF on the wicked problem of vaccine cold-chain.4. I’ve known I wanted to be a designer since I was 5 years old, when I recycled a pizza box to make a lookalike of my dad’s IBM Thinkpad. You see a kid playing with cardboard, I see an early adopter. It's no surprise that I went on to get a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, followed by a Masters in Product Design from the Royal College of Art, London.5. Lastly, I love learning – talk about design, food, science, or the most random fun fact, and you’d have my full attention.
