I have been working at DoorDash for over 2 years, starting as an Associate and then becoming a Site Safety Lead before taking on my current role. I have also developed skills in goal setting, leadership communications, and problem solving, which help me manage and motivate my team, collaborate with other departments, and handle any challenges or issues that arise.
