As a Shift Lead at DoorDash, I oversee the daily operations of the DashMart team, ensuring food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. I have been working at DoorDash for over 2 years, starting as an Associate and then becoming a Site Safety Lead before taking on my current role. I have earned the ServSafe Food Handler and the Liquor Handlers certifications, as well as the Learning to Be Promotable course from LinkedIn. I have also developed skills in goal setting, leadership communications, and problem solving, which help me manage and motivate my team, collaborate with other departments, and handle any challenges or issues that arise. I graduated from Cristo Rey Jesuit High School in 2020, where I learned the values of hard work, service, and faith.
