As an Administrative Officer at Minerals Commission, I support the IT department in managing the network infrastructure, hardware, and software of the organization. I also assist in troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading the IT systems and equipment. I have been working in this national service role since September 2018, after graduating from Valley View University with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Before joining Minerals Commission, I gained valuable experience as a Network Engineer at Erison TechLabs Limited and a Client Support Technician at Valley View University. I have developed skills in network engineering, IT hardware support, and Linux system administration, which enable me to contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of IT services.
