I was responsible for a region, called R5, which included three divisions that covered Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois. Under my leadership, the region grew to be almost $100MIL in revenue. I focused on safety, employee development, customer service, and exceeding target profitability. As a servant leader, I enabled the region to succeed while also leading company initiatives such as the Never Fall Guide and Operation 57.

I built a new division from approximately $2MIL in revenue to over $20MIL while developing new talent and a new culture.

I led the development of a Transmission Vegetation Management Program (TVMP) that adhered to and surpassed federal regulations. It became a model for the industry. I managed a diverse, cross-disciple team to create and implement a program which met all NERC applicable standards. I initiated and guided our safety culture, successful management of a multi-million dollar budget, personnel development, customer and supplier relations, and gas ROW vegetation management.
