Senior Systems Consultant
Current-Analyze client business needs and workflow to assist in development of product enhancements and custom solutions-Coordinate with various Product groups regarding enhancements and problem resolution to ensure integration between product applications-Manage client requests and ad hoc projects through SalesForce.com and JIRA-Build clear requirements and development strategies for each customer engagement-Hands on experience acting as knowledge liaison between technical teams, testing teams, and business stakeholders during the implementation phase-Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components-Effectively leverage multiple implementation team types such as user experience and user acceptance teams-Provide detailed client training on the effective utilization of their licensed software onsite as well as via teleconference-Create and maintain updated training documentation and Product knowledge-based articles-Provide support for new implementations, system upgrades/releases, system improvements, major design changes, carrier file conversions, and related applications to client needs-Facilitate and lead client-based status calls in order to manage case requests, provide technical and product front-end consulting support for assigned accounts-Assess needs and assist in developing LOE specifications to meet business objectives through client work flow analysis and discovery calls-Proficient in querying and updating relational databases in SQL Developer-Deploy solutions across environments and adhere to guidelines for maintaining a coherent deployment workflow-Assist data integration team members with the implementation and administrations of data and process flow-Assist Customer Success team with case escalation and assigned RAIL items
