The Event Marketing Program Manager is responsible for driving the company's Event Marketing program to increase marketing penetration, tour flow, profitability and growth. The manager creates and implements company wide best practices and Brand Standard marketing programs. The Manager monitors and regularly reports on established Company metrics. The Manager also creates and maintains an effective system to hold Sales and Marketing site leadership accountable to required minimum staffing and production (talent) levels.

As the International Marketing Coordinator, Eric is responsible for the acquisition and marketing of Latin American Brokers for the Hotelscorp Brand. In addition, he oversees the training sales and marketing of these Brokers. Eric also served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, where he specialized in reconnaisance and special operations serving under the Joint Special Operations Command . Prior to joining Westgate, Eric was with the Boy Scouts of America, where he directed the Hispanic Initiatives pilot program developing and making scouting relevant to the Hispanic-Latino Community of Central Florida. Eric recieved the Presidents Award for his achievements.
