I have driven the Digital Transformation of client marketing organizations and the delivery of Integrated Marketing Management (IMM) initiatives for the last 8+ years. I help clients optimize their financial and operational marketing processes and reports, define new organization structures and develop appropriate KPIs, Metrics and Scorecards. I have also built business cases/financial models, redesigned processes and roles and responsibilities and rolled out new business programs for client groups/teams other than marketing. In doing this, I have extensive experience leading and managing large, complex projects that are global in scope and include cross-functional client, consulting and 3rd party vendor teams. Within the IMM space, I have experience with the Aprimo IMM solution set, with ADAM and North Plains DAM solutions and in leading teams to design and develop integrations between MRM solutions and financial or ERP solutions like SAP. I have delivered multiple client engagements in the Life Science (both BioPharma and Medical Devices), Media & Entertainment, High Tech, Financial and Manufacturing industries.
