The majority of my duties revolve around supervising the helpdesk technicians and environment, while serving as the Helpdesk III. Other activities include participating in M&A processes related to IT. I maintain all of the IT accounts for Bandwidth, Copiers, plotters and printers, and Computers and peripherals. Including coding for processing through our Accounts Payable department. Design, Implementation and support of our Unified Communications platform. I travel to our branch offices throughout the country in support of acquisition and IT support activities. I work with the IT Manager and CIO on efforts to continuously improve, maintain and support the IT infrastructure and its users.Our environment consists of more than 3000 users at over 70 offices all over the country, and all IT support is done from our St Paul office. As a department we work in a fast paced environment that at times requires the ability to agile and think on your feet.
