About Eric Sauer

A sewing business enthusiast in the sense that I love a challenging and growing business, not mastering the skill of a professional tailor. With my roots in business and a passion for the outdoors I earned a BS in Environmental Science (Business Track) from the University of Central Florida. My career has currently lead me away from the environmental sciences and into the science of operating a fabric and sewing machine store. Family owned and operated, The Sewing Studio as seen continual year over year growth in the past 5 years. The challenges that come with re-branding and turning over 30 years of business systems has been sew difficult and rewarding. It has lead me to believe that, "It's always been done that way" are truly the most dangerous words in business.
