At V.O.I.C.E.S., we offer an innovative way for communities to nurture and enlighten youth, while creating an environment of success. Through our programming, we begin to shift the perspectives of community members, schools, staff, board members, and the youth themselves. This task requires forgoing some traditional methods of how to create supportive environments and adapting inventive proven techniques to accomplish the same result. We strive to cater to each community needs & design targeted programs that build on their inherent strengths and resources. Youth development is not successfully accomplished by one program or agency alone. We continuously seek to foster new partnerships and pursue community collaboration to ensure that our youth understand that they have options and an entire community of people who see their value and potential.

Create opportunities to engage potential partners and volunteers. Develop strategies and tactics to hit monthly, quarterly and yearly goals. Actively participate in the training of volunteers. Extremely comfortable with public speak and presenting information regarding Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana.

Manage a caseload of 70-90 cases at any given time. Serve as the coach and adviser to the Volunteer and Men-tee as well as the P/G. Achieve an 91% Contact rate and 71% Retention Rate.
