Eric Savir has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience in multifamily investment and debt origination, and currently serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions at One Real Estate Investment. In this role, Eric’s responsibilities include sourcing and underwriting potential acquisition opportunities, overseeing debt placement across the firm’s portfolio, and assisting in capital structuring.
