-As the Chief of Staff, oversaw Resource Management, Personnel Management, Safety and the Chemical Surety Programs.-During the required quarterly Chemical Accident/Incident Response and Assistance (CAIRA), successfully operated as the Incident Commander and/or Deputy Incident Commander during ten emergency management training events. Responsibilities included coordination with the local government and community, public affairs operations and incident response. All training events resulted in successful completion/sustainment of all objectives.-Managed and evaluated a staff of over 20 Department of the Army civilian employees, to include day-to-day operations, performance evaluations, and discipline when required.- Completed the O6 Level ICS 410 training at Yorktown Coast Guard Station.

Fort Eustis Va

-Directed and provided oversight for Chemical Agent Surety operations for the only Department of Defense facility for training with live Chemical Agents.-Evaluated multiple emergency exercises at the Chemical Defense Training Facility (CDTF) at Fort Leonard Wood,MO. Ensured the CDTF met all benchmarks required for highly sensitive and mission essential operations to ensure Soldier safety while operating in a Chemical environment.-Coordinated and resourced requirements for two Four Star level COOP exercises. Developed the Mission Event Synchronization List (MESL) and directed White Cell operations during the exercise; received accolades for realistic training and completion of required tasks.
