As a Design Director at Orbit Design Studio, I have led a team of talented designers in the development and execution of Corporate Workplace Interiors and Lifestyle/Wellness projects for global clients across several international markets. In 2018, I relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area, to represent Orbit in North America. My recent work has included managing the design and delivery of several high-profile corporate and retail projects across 3 continents, including: a 60,000 sqft regional R&D hub for a global technology company (confidential) in Lagos, Nigeria (LEED Gold certified); a 2,000 sqm office, lab, and educational facility for the Gemological Institute of America in Bangkok, Thailand, an 84,000 sqft headquarters office for Diageo North America in 3 World Trade Center in New York City (LEED Gold certified); a 40,000 sqft co-headquarters office and R&D innovation lab for Diageo North America in Stamford, Connecticut; Diageo's office relocation in Guadalajara, Mexico, and an on-going series of premium fitness clubs in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE.As a global account leader working with the UK-based Virgin Group's Virgin Active Fitness Clubs, I also led the design development and execution of 12 premium fitness clubs within the Southeast Asia region (Singapore and Thailand), in addition to supporting concept development efforts in the UK, Middle East and Africa that helped to define the brand offerings. We partnered creatively with the global Brand Director and Construction Director, acting as a sort of "creative design test lab" based in Bangkok, to further the innovation and evolution of new brand elements, many of which were later disseminated to other regions.

As a Design Director and ID Studio Resource Manager in Orbit's Bangkok office, I have led a team of talented designers in the development and execution of 12 premium fitness clubs for a global client (Virgin Active) within the Asia region, as well design efforts in the UK and MEA regions. We partnered creatively with the global Brand Director and Construction Director, acting as a sort of "creative design test lab" based in Bangkok to further the innovation and evolution of brand elements, testing them in the region, before many elements would then be applied in the other global regions.

During my 10 year tenure at Gensler's headquarters office, I drew on my experience spanning architecture, interiors, and planning, to focus on the design, development, coordination and technical execution of fast-paced and complex Corporate Workplace Interiors and Campus Architecture projects in the Technology, Advertising & Media, Energy, Agricultural, Consulting and Financial Services sectors, with both local and global clients in locations including Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Shanghai, London, Calgary, New York, Los Angeles, Portland and Denver.Clients included: E&J Gallo Winery, Nokia, Autodesk, Apple, EnCana, Chemoil, Deloitte., VeriSign, Beazley, WPP, Thomson Reuters, Grey Advertising, Venables Bell & Partners, WPP, Treasury Wine Estates (fka Fosters Wine Estates Americas), Shorenstein Properties, Oakland Paramount Theatre, and others.Providing focused, engaging and value-added professional service allowed me to be instrumental in building and sustaining important client relationships over multiple projects and years.

I served as a job captain for both ground-up corporate campuses in the Technology industry and interior fit-out projects in the government, institutional, and higher education fields. This innovative design firm was instrumental in shifting the model for the master planning and design of corporate campuses within Silicon Valley and globally, most notably the current headquarters for Google (formerly Silicon Graphics), where the focus was shifted from the previous predominant model of isolated buildings set within car parking to a network of inter-connected people-oriented office and amenity spaces within a coherent and walkable campus.Clients included: Marconi Communications, Bouygues Immobilier, BEA Systems, US Treasury Dept. As Campus Planning Assistant during a period of intense development of the central campus and partnerships with international architects, I performed analyses, studies, surveys, graphic presentations and design guidelines and standards within the holistic framework of the campus vision of balancing historic preservation, functionality, aesthetics, and multi-modal transportation. This multi-disciplinary office of architects, landscape architects, an archaeologist, and campus, environmental and transportation planners developed my keen awareness of the benefits of collaboration across fields.
