I wrote content and copy for a variety of clients in the SaaS industry.

- Responsible for ideating, writing, editing, and publishing copy in the form of blog posts, press releases, social media posts, documentation, newsletters, landing page copy, and product UX copy- Helped establish Decentraland’s brand voice, tone, and style, helping to ensure a consistent and accurate use of this style across all of their communications- Worked alongside the product and engineering teams to coordinate product launches- Assisted the Marketing team with designing a content-marketing strategy to align with a product roadmap targeting a developer user-base- Coordinated with the localization team to provide and distribute translations of all of Decentraland’s written content in Korean, Japanese, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese

- Responsible for planning, researching, and writing boh technical, developer focused documentation and non-technical documentation for a general audience- Served as documentation stakeholder in SendGrid’s go-to-market strategy, coordinating requirements and expectations from product, engineering, marketing, and support teams
